Welcome to Trenzii. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and product issues. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Subscription Cancellations
Trenzii members may cancel their subscription up to 5 days before their next scheduled payment. Cancellations are processed immediately upon request through your account settings under “Billing.” Upon cancellation, access to the platform terminates immediately. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
Trial Period
The 10-day trial period costs $1.00, charged immediately upon registration. If you cancel during the trial period, your access terminates immediately with no refund of the trial fee. Trial cancellations follow the same process as regular subscription cancellations.
Defective or Damaged Products
Despite products being provided at no cost (excluding shipping), Trenzii stands behind the quality of our items:
- Report defective or damaged products within 30 days of delivery
- Submit clear photos of the damage or defect through our customer service channels
- Trenzii will provide a replacement at no additional shipping cost
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Lost or Undelivered Packages
For packages marked as delivered but not received:
- Report within 7 days of the marked delivery date
- Trenzii will investigate with our shipping partners
- Replacement shipments may be issued at our discretion
For undelivered packages:
- Allow the full delivery window (5-20 business days)
- Report non-delivery after 20 business days
- Trenzii will investigate and may resend the item at no additional cost
Payment Issues
Failed subscription payments will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Two retry attempts within 5 days
- Account termination if payment remains unsuccessful
- Requirement to create a new subscription to restore access
Account Termination
Trenzii reserves the right to terminate accounts without refund for:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the ordering system
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Multiple unsubstantiated claims
