These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Member”) and RepPreps LLC, doing business as Trenzii (“Trenzii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Trenzii website and membership service (collectively, the “Service”).

Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Membership And Subscription

Trial Period

New members are eligible for a 10-day trial period for $1.00
Trial payment is processed immediately upon registration
Access to the Service terminates immediately upon trial cancellation
No refund of the trial fee is provided upon cancellation

Regular Membership

Monthly subscription fee of $9.97
Billed automatically following trial period
No minimum subscription length required
Subscription charges are non-refundable
Members may cancel up to 5 days before next billing date
Access terminates immediately upon cancellation
No prorated refunds for partial months

Ordering And Shipping

Order Requirements

Valid membership required for all orders
One item per order
Unlimited orders permitted
$5.95 shipping fee per order
Continental United States shipping only

Delivery

Delivery timeframe: 5-20 business days
Shipping through various carriers
No guarantee of specific delivery dates
Tracking information provided when available

Account Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information
You must update information as necessary
False information may result in account termination

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to circumvent any Service features
Share your membership with others
Engage in abusive ordering practices
Resell products obtained through the Service
Manipulate prices or shipping fees
Submit false payment information
Create multiple accounts

Termination

By Member

Cancel through account settings
Cancellation effective immediately
No refunds for current billing period

By Trenzii. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

For Terms violations
For suspected fraudulent activity
For abusive behavior
At our sole discretion
Without prior notice
Without refund

Intellectual Property

All Service content is owned by Trenzii or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRENZII DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENZII SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trenzii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

To the Service We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

To the Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
