We currently offer shipping exclusively within the continental United States. Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. All shipments are processed through our network of suppliers.

Shipping Costs

A flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95 applies to all orders, regardless of the product or delivery destination within the continental United States. This fee is non-negotiable and must be paid at checkout through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Estimated delivery times range from 5-20 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and delivery location. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Upon shipment, members will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. You can monitor your package’s progress using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.

Multiple Orders

Members may place multiple separate orders per day, with each order subject to the standard $5.95 shipping fee. Each order must be placed individually, as our system only allows one item per checkout.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Claims for lost or undelivered packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. To file a claim:

  2. Provide your order number and tracking information
  3. Allow up to 48 hours for our team to investigate the status of your package

We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package or process a replacement shipment if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to incorrect address information. We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders that require address corrections.
